Reservation Policy:
- Guests must provide 10% payment to secure a reservation.

- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability.

Cancellation and No-show Policy:

- Our homestay is on 2nd floor and stairs are only option for accesibility. There is no lift available to access homestay.
